Established in 1979, Growth Dimensions provides a progressive and cooperative environment which improves the quality of life by fostering economic opportunity and personal growth. With economic development partners throughout Belvidere-Boone County, Growth Dimensions is advancing a coordinated economic development strategy to create jobs, promote community assets and stimulate capital investment through business retention and attraction efforts.

Pamela Lopez-Fettes

Prior to joining Growth Dimensions, Pamela served as a Business Account Manager for the Northern Illinois Workforce Alliance in which she was responsible for working with businesses to develop sector strategies, gap analysis and enhancing the delivery of services.  Pamela’s ability to establish and sustain strategic partnerships with business, education and economic development organizations has been instrumental to the region’s economy.

Pamela has over 30 years’ experience in workforce and training in several regions within Northern Illinois. Pamela has successfully secured grants, donors and in-kind contributions to support community and partnership initiatives. Pamela’s previous accomplishments include a founding member of the Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago, securing over $7 million in local and regional funds and developing a non-profit organization into a credible resource for the community.

Pamela graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology after receiving an Associate in Science from the College of DuPage.  In addition to her training in organizational development, she holds EMSI certification which allows her the ability to use labor market data to connect and inform people, education, and business.

For over 13 years, Pamela has resided with her family in Boone County and enjoys contributing to the community.  She has volunteered as a treasurer for the Boy Scouts of America, PTO member at Washington Elementary and is currently a catechist for St. James of Belvidere.

 

Amy Grafton

Amy joined Growth Dimensions in November of 2017. Amy has over 10 cumulative years of experience increasing profits and working successfully in partnership with non-profit organizations, chambers and businesses.

Prior to joining Growth Dimensions, Amy worked as a Market Development Manager for Ragnar Relay, a nationally recognized running company. Amy’s responsibilities included research, market metrics and implementing a strategic marketing plan to support customer retention and event growth.

Amy is recognized for her ability to energize the community into positive action and has proven to be a strong asset for charities and businesses. Amy’s passion for charitable and community engagement has raised over $70k for Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy and Back on My Feet Chicago to help combat homelessness. Following news in 2003 that her 2 year old daughter was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, Amy directed her support as a volunteer, a local event coordinator and served on the Auxiliary Board for the Arthritis Foundation.
Amy attended Rock Valley College after graduating from high school in Belvidere. As a lifelong resident of Boone County, Amy is proud to be raising her two daughters in the community for which she grew up.

 

Brianna Brockmann
Office Assistant

Brianna started as our Office Assistant in June 2018. She received her Associates from Rock Valley College prior to graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in AgriBusiness with a minor in Accounting from Illinois State University. Brianna returned to Boone County where she was raised.

Prior to joining Growth Dimensions, Brianna worked as a Market Assistant at  T&H Farm Ltd.  Brianna has significant knowledge on a wide variety of greenhouse plants and Shropshire & Oxford sheep which she raises and shows.  Her experience with the agricultural industry and accounting practices is an asset to the organization and the community. Her commitment is displayed through her past and current involvement in 4-H and other like organizations.
